In the mid-1980's, John (known as Dante' in this band) was a part of an outstanding show band headed by Mary-Jane Price. The Mary Jane Band was very popular because it was more than just a group of musicians playing covers. Instead, this band provided a show with sexy costumes and theatrics. There was often a long line waiting at the door to see this band.
